Distance learning? Face to face? These  have been  buzz questions for the last decade.

Covid-19 has come to remind us all that the mode of learning/ teaching is to be rethought!

The approach is no doubt an issue. I believe, though, that it is even more urgent to consider the relationship between the instructor and the student.

All internet connected young people are likely to be more informed than their instructors. It is high time to admit that power in not in the hands of instructors anymore. They need to adapt to the needs and desires of our youth in terms of what to share with them, how and when.

It is important to accept the mindset of youth. These need to be empowered. They have the capacity to contribute to the evolution of the learning process as to much as to the instructors enrichment.
